Small Seat and Fender Kit to Match Fender Mounted Light

YOU MUST USE A STOCK-SIZED REAR TIRE (140/80-15) WITH OUR FENDER.

We prefer this seat on your Savage s40.

Please note, our seat kit will not work with the stock rear fender, nor will the stock seat work with our rear fender kit.

You will have to cut the rear passenger seat supports (it's easy with a hack-saw). The drill shown is used to relocate the ignition module.

All brackets are CNC machined or laser cut.  They are finished with gloss black powder coat to match your frame.

Our super heavy duty aluminum fender is 1/8" thick.   To top it off we include steel reinforcement straps for all mounting areas.  Only available in grey powder coated primer finish.   If you are painting your fender the primed surface is best since it is ready to lightly sand and paint.  All the mounting brackets and struts are gloss black powder coated to match your frame.  All hardware is included and the DVD shows easy installation.   Everything bolts into place with no cutting or welding required.  Stock sized rear tire is necessary. Sorry but our fender struts will not support a passenger.

Your butt is our concern.  We use thick, top of the line genuine leather which makes our seats the best in the business. The 10 gauge steel pan is curved just right to keep you in place. These aren't imported seats!!!  We make them right here in Sandy, Utah. 1 1/2" ultimate grade foam is under the plain or laser engraved leather cover.  At 11" wide, our small seat is very comfortable.  Our mounting brackets are heavy steel or aluminum and powder coated gloss black (to match your frame).   3/8" diameter holes to mount your rear signal lights are located in the seat brackets.  Every nut and bolt is included.  The DVD will show you how easily it mounts.   You will have to protect your leather seat from the elements.   No cutting, drilling or welding required.
