Not all side mounts are alike! There are a million side mount license brackets out there. Most either won’t fit over your rear axle nut or they aren’t sturdy enough to take the pounding of the swing arm going up and down.
Ours are the best. Our thick 1/4″ steel side mount bracket fastens the seat mount screws on the top and the passenger foot peg holes on the bottom. They look similar to the axle mounts, but because they are fastened to the frame, they are much easier on the tail light and license plate. Routing and hiding the tail light wires is also much better and hides them from sight.
Everything is powder coated gloss black and you have your choice of vertical or horizontal license brackets.
